New Archers

A six hour course (normally 3 x 2 hour sessions) will be given at the cost of £10 per person for both adults and juniors. It is advised that you do not purchase any archery equipment until after you have completed the course - all equipment needed for the course will be provided and you will be issued with a finger tab and bracer (arm guard) on the course for you to keep. If you wish to use the club equipment after this period, then a charge of £3 will be levied for each use, this is to cover wear and tear and lost arrows

For insurance purposes, you will also be required to join the NFAS before the course commences.

Experienced Archers (NFAS)

Along with your membership fees please include proof of NFAS Membership and NFAS number. If Your NFAS membership has lapsed renewal forms are available.

Experienced Archers (Non NFAS)

An assessment session with our club coach will be required to determine your level of competence and any additional training that may be necessary. For insurance purposes, you will be required to join the NFAS before the session commences.

Annual Club Fees: 2021/22 ADULT £35.00 JUNIOR (under 16) £ 15.00 FAMILY GROUP £70.00 (This is for 2 adults and up to 3 children).

Associate (non-shooting) Membership £2.00

NFAS Membership

Membership of the NFAS is required for insurance purposes for all members of Pines Park Archers. You may pay your NFAS fees to Pines Park Archers together with your club fees and we will submit them on your behalf or you may pay them directly to the NFAS (however PPA will need to see your NFAS membership cards before you will be permitted to shoot at Pines Park). Young persons and vulnerable adults policy statement:

"This club believes that when dealing with children and vulnerable adults, their welfare should always be of paramount importance.

We are committed to providing an environment where young people can learn and participate in a sport free from harassment and abuse. All those people working with children have a moral responsibility to safeguard and promote a child’ s welfare.

Our club coaches are checked via the Criminal Records Bureau and this club will implement any Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policies issued by the NFAS to ensure peace of mind for both adults and children.
